Founded in 1998 by Loren Bayer, a professional with decades of experience in the memorial care industry, our company was created with a clear vision: To provide a fair alternative to conglomerate funeral service companies that often prioritized profits over people.

As Loren helped families navigate their burial needs, he witnessed firsthand how families were often pressured into spending more than they could afford. He also realized that many people ended up with cemetery plots they no longer needed but couldn’t sell. Recognizing this issue, Loren established Bayer Cemetery Brokers to offer families a better way to buy and sell cemetery property.
